Daily, weekly, and one month rates include water, sewer, electric and garbage.
Payments in advance are accepted. Final balance is due at check-in.
Summer Rates (April 1st - September 31st)
Daily: $50
Weekly: $300
Monthly: $625.00 + Electric
Winter Rates (October 1st - March 31st)
Daily: $60
Weekly: $350
Monthly: $750 + Electric
THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.
A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL RESERVATIONS.
ANNUAL PARK MODEL & RV LOTS
$560.00 per month* + Utilities
Requires initial 12 month minimum lot lease. First month lot rent due at signing.
Rent includes sewer & dumpster garbage. Water and electric are charged separate.
*Annual Guests and Residents must be approved for residency through our application process. This requires a $37 fee per person and involves background credit screening.
MOBILE HOME LOTS
$675.00 per month* + Water
Requires initial 12 month minimum lot lease. First month lot rent due at signing.
Rent includes Sewer & dumpster garbage. Water is charged separate. Electric is charged Directly with Duke Energy.
