Requires initial 12 month minimum lot lease. First month lot rent is due at signing.

All Utilities water, sewer & electric usage are paid by resident. Dumpster trash is included.

*Annual Guests/Residents must be approved for residency through our application process which requires a background credit screen – $35.00 fee person/$70.00 couple.
