$425.00 per month*

Requires initial 12 month minimum lot lease. First month lot rent due at signing.

Rent includes dumpster garbage. Water, sewer and electric are separate.

*Annual Guests/Residents must be approved for residency through our application process which requires an $35 fee/person, which involves a background credit screening.
